                              Circle C Ranch

     Circle C Ranch is a family-oriented neighborhood and one of the most recognized master-planned communities in Southwest Austin. Just 20 minutes from downtown Austin, Circle C was the first community built in the mid-80’s and made a name for itself by featuring an Olympic-size pool and recreation area to draw families to the area.

     Since the initial phase of Circle C was a success, the development continued to grow by adding many more phases including a golf course and gated communities. The median price for homes in the Circle C communities starts in the $300K price range and go as high as $1M, and they range in size from 1500-4,500 sqft with various floor plans and lot sizes.

     Families continue to move to Circle C Ranch for the highly exemplary schools from Kindergarten through High School; including, Gorzycki Middle School, which opened in 2009. Circle C is located by the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the Veloway, an 18-hole disc golf course, greenbelt trails with soccer fields and a playground. Escarpment Village Plaza features restaurants, a Central Market HEB, Starbucks, banks and many more local services. And all of these amenities are within walking distance from Circle C Ranch.
